Cancellation Protocol

No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to attend the appointment without prior notice), the client will be charged the total service fee. No-shows disrupt our schedule and prevent us from assisting other clients during that time.
Rescheduling Policy: Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments without incurring any fees, provided that the request is made within the specified notice period. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
